Kristin is the “go-to” person for day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department. She has a keen understanding of the Agency’s accounting programs and structure. While being very detailed and thorough, she is laid back and easy to work with.
Kristin is co-captain of Murray for a Cure Relay for Life team and participates in year-long fundraisers. To relax, Kristin enjoys traveling and spending time in nature, especially Pine Creek Valley, Southern Florida, and American West. Kristin and her husband, Jeff, live in Lititz with their two dogs, Chip and Hank.
Being timely reviewing workers’ compensation claims and making good, solid decisions on the compensability of a claim makes Penny irreplaceable in her role as an adjustor. Penny makes sure to keep on top of each claim to catch things before they can become bigger issues.
Penny is the captain of the Murray “Relay for Life” team, a position she has held for the past 10 years. She also organizes the craft tent at the Rubber Duckie Race for Schreiber Pediatric. Penny and Dave, her spouse, live in Willow Street. They have two adult boys, seven grandchildren, two dogs – Sammy a rescued Catahoula Leopard, and Sylas, a Bulldog.

His surety bond clients appreciate his technical expertise and ability to analyze financial statements to help them create a comprehensive bonding program. He thrives off being outside of the office networking and building new relationships to see how he can be a resource. He is a true believer that your “Network” is your “Net Worth”. He has a particular interest in working with small and emerging construction companies because he gets to see them succeed and grow throughout the years with his sound business advice.
Outside the office, Neb serves at his Church in Silver Spring, MD where he is a part of the “First Impressions” team. In his spare time he considers himself a “foodie”, exploring all the new restaurants in the DC area with family and friends and then running it all off at home in Merrifield, VA.

The main focus of Ryan’s career is on medical malpractice, nursing home and municipality claim management. He has 18 years of experience in liability claims. Since it’s no secret that people are not fond of claims specialists, Ryan makes client satisfaction his number one goal.
Ryan enjoys coaching his son’s soccer team and is an avid backpacker and beach lover. He and wife Amberly have four dogs.
Rachel’s hospitality background, attention to detail, and quick learning curve allows her to give clients the best service possible. By providing excellent support service, Rachel keeps tasks moving forward by issuing bonds, invoicing, and maintaining files.

Deanna has lived in Strasburg for 19 years and enjoys hearing the train whistle on quiet nights. She likes to hike with her dog, read, and get to the beach whenever she can.

It takes an amazing team of people who work together to support and protect our clients, people, property and financial success; Dave heads up that team. His 40 years of experience give him the insight into the work our construction clients do as well as how insurance companies think. Prior to joining Murray, Dave served as Surety Manager and Regional Vice President of two top-10 bonding companies in Los Angeles and Philadelphia, respectively.
Dave served as an Officer on the National Board of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and as a Construction CFO Mentor. In his “spare” time, Dave volunteers with the PA Dutch Council Executive Board of the Boy Scouts and is Treasurer and Head of Finance for the Luthercare Board of Directors.
He likes to restore antique cars and is currently working on his father’s 1960 Chrysler Saratoga. Dave lives in Lebanon with his wife Jeannie. They have three children and nine grandchildren.
Having worked for several insurance carriers prior to joining Murray, Colin understands how both sides of the insurance business operate. This experience helps him negotiate the best terms and value for his clients. Colin acts as a technician able to listen to the unique challenges businesses face and then offer creative solutions. He likes that no two days are ever the same.
Colin is on the golf committee of the Central PA CPCU Society. The committee raises money for United Way scholarships. He enjoys playing golf and always pushes himself to become better. He likes to vacation in the Outer Banks with his wife Nikki and their son and daughter. The family resides in York with their two dogs.
Working with companies to understand their business, challenges, and risks, Nikki can work with business owners to design an insurance and risk management program that leaves the heavy lifting to her while they focus on other important matters.
She is active on the Board of York Young Professionals as the Partnerships Chair. Nikki also serves as an Ambassador with the York County Economic Alliance and is active with MANTEC. Her husband, Colin also works for Murray – and yes, they talk shop at night – they’re nerds and think it’s fun! They have two children, daughter, Cameron, and son, Carver. The family lives in York with their dogs Duffy and Roman.
Identifying, evaluating and controlling risks are Tim’s area of expertise. He has experience working in safety, industrial hygiene, and OSHA regulations to help clients and coworkers with risk management.
In his extra time, Tim volunteers with ReUzit of Ephrata and Landis Homes. He cheers for Wisconsin sports teams including the Green Bay Packers (sorry Eagles fans), and enjoys golf, gardening, fishing, and being outdoors. He and wife, Cheryl, have four children – two in Lancaster and two in Wisconsin.
Debbie is often the first contact with clients in the CPP program. Her caring nature and ability to not get upset easily make her a good fit for this position. She is accurate and provides quick responses when they have questions.
Teaching youth at her church for over 25 years and reading, walking, and traveling to the beach are favorite ways Debbie spends her time. She and husband Ty live in Quarryville with Ruger their pooch. They also have two grown sons – Tyler and Corey.
Jordan’s goal is to be a trusted advisor to help business owners protect their businesses. He knows that running a business isn’t easy so his intent is to make the insurance piece of the puzzle less stressful.
Working out, lifting and coaching at a local high school are Jordan’s way of staying in shape. He likes to spend time golfing and fishing and is a car enthusiast. He was born, raised, and remains in Lancaster County.

Collette works with a diverse group of clients and wears many hats. Collette lives in Lancaster and volunteers with local non-profit organizations. She is an advocate for the less fortunate and those treated unfairly and fights for everyone’s rights. Her hobbies are anything beach-related (primarily Caribbean or Florida beaches), reading, and always learning. She has two adult children and four grandchildren.

Beth likes that no day is the same when it comes to preparing and executing surety bonds for contractors and other construction entities. She will tell you there is no time for complacency when providing financial guarantee that contracts will be completed according to agreements.
In her spare time, Beth, her fiancé Jeremy and their blended family of Tyler (E3 in PA National Guard Army), Logan (aspiring professional golfer), Gavin, and Beckham love to go to the river or beach. When not on the water, they spend time at local dirt racetracks. Beth loves baking, dabbling in wood crafts and spending time with English Bulldog Marlee and American Bulldog/Lab Mix, Riglee.
The office runs smoothly because Jennifer will take care of anything that needs to be done! She is versatile and can do everything from administrative support to building maintenance.
Outside the office, she officiates U.S., high school, and college swimming and is the Meet Director for her kids’ winter club. Jen has three daughters and one son. One daughter is a #1 league discus thrower and her son is a junior national discus qualifier. Another daughter won nationals for theater set design.
Being detail-oriented with a continual desire to learn and grow, Monica cares deeply about her ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) clients. She maintains relationships with multiple insurance companies as she negotiates and obtains quotes, binders, and endorsements while managing accounts on a day-to-day basis.
Monica lives in southern Lancaster County. She enjoys spending time with her two dogs, yellow and black Labrador Retrievers, traveling with family and friends, and attending concerts.
Working with the Shamokin and Ashland branch offices with their accounting needs is Theresa’s main role. She enjoys interacting with her coworkers and is known as a team player.
She volunteers and donates to many different organizations within the Lancaster community. Her favorite way to spend time is with family, friends, her twin sister’s dogs and going to the beach and mountains.

Laurie consults with businesses to increase their risk management focus and reduce incidents. She brings a passion for safety and risk control to help protect an organization’s most valuable asset: the people who work there.
Attending LCBC, volunteering with her sons’ soccer teams, and spending time with family are fun things she enjoys. Laurie and her family like to take trips to Walt Disney World, Knoebles, and any camping destination.
Jenn is the “first voice” of Murray. Her role is to develop relationships by explaining to prospects why getting to know Murray would be beneficial to their businesses. She consistently keeps in touch to break down barriers and schedule appointments on behalf of the Agency. Jenn has a positive attitude and outlook and enjoys the “thrill of the hunt” to get an appointment.
She is a member of the Lancaster Rotary Club and is involved in the Rotary International Youth Exchange Committee and is a part of the International Educational Scholarship Committee. Jenn and her wife Chris have three grown sons and three beautiful granddaughters. Jenn and Chris live in Columbia with their adorable Miniature Goldendoodle. Their favorite thing to do is enjoy drinks on the deck with the hummingbirds, or summer evenings by the campfire.

Don is responsible for market (brokering) negotiations and placement of large accounts with the various regional and national insurance companies Murray represents. He has been with Murray since 2015 and has over 25 years of underwriting and marketing experience.
Don’s enthusiasm for cycling is well known. He is on the Board of the Lancaster Covered Bridge Charity Ride and a member of the Lancaster Bike Club. In 2019, he cycled over 4,000 miles.
For the past 28 years, Dave has specialized in writing and servicing contractors. Add his passion for solving insurance issues and a never-ending quest to take care of his clients, Dave is the perfect fit for his current job of servicing a large book of contractor business.
Dave enjoys all types of exercise and likes to fish. He is the Agency defending cornhole team champion.
Fulfilling multiple roles is Doug’s forte. Once he secures proper coverage for his clients, he can also provide risk management and safety services. He is a good communicator. Doug’s favorite part of the job is helping clients reach their goals.
Doug is active in ABC Keystone where he served as Chairman in 2019 and currently serves on their Safety Committee. He served on the Board at North Museum for 10 years as well as the Governor’s Safety Conference Advisory Committee where he was Chairman in 2009 and 2010. Doug was also a member of St. Leo the Great School Board for three years, serving as Chair during the 2012-2013 school year. He is currently a member of the Advancement Committee at Lancaster Catholic High School. Dave, his wife, and two daughters reside in Lancaster. He enjoys spending time with his family and being involved in his daughters’ activities.

Managing the administration team, handling the day-to-day operations of the HR department, and supporting the Vice President of HR, keep Mary’s work day filled with challenges. Her multi-tasking and employee advocacy help her rise to the occasion.
Mary is active in the Lancaster SHRM as chair of the Communications Committee and is a member of the PA / DE ESOP Chapter Programs Committee. She relieves stress through therapeutic shopping and enjoys the beach. Four-year-old daughter, Elliana is a wild child and cat Weezy is her main man.

Brian likes to spend time outdoors, fishing the same locations his father used to take him to in upstate New York. He is marred to Jennifer and they have two grown children Kayce and Ryan. Brian and Jennifer live in Northumberland with Mavrick (Rottweiler) and Max (King Charles Cavalier).
In addition to greeting everyone at the Urban Place office with a big smile, Jannelly creates the benefits libraries and provides language translation for open enrollment for clients. Her attention to detail and efficient manner, make her good at what she does.
Jannelly’s healthy advice is to drink a lot of water and avoid juice, soda, and coffee. She spends time by the water – beaches, rivers, lakes – with her teenage daughter and two teenage sons.
Clients know him as Bill (or Hollywood), the person they trust to keep them up to date on safety and health issues. Bill doesn’t disappoint! He uses his larger than life personality to relate to his clients’ challenges and provide answers.
In his down time, Bill likes to run and coach youth sports. His favorite way to spend time is walking down Main Street in the Magic Kingdom with his family and trips to Cleveland to watch Indian baseball. Wife Tara, daughter Molly, and Son Max live in York with their rescue kitten, June Bug.
Martha assists clients when reporting claims and follows up to make sure the process is working. She is also their coverage advocate when claims occur. It’s important to her that clients understand how the claim process works and that they know she is there to guide them through the steps. Martha tries to put herself in her clients’ shoes when they have a loss and to offer customer service at a level she would expect.
Animal welfare is important to Martha, and she contributes to multiple animal rescue organizations. Quiet times at home or in a kayak watching birds and wildlife is her favorite way to pass the time. She lives with her husband, two dogs and three cats and actively feeds the birds and squirrels that venture into her yard.
Being organized and personable with years of customer service experience, gives Heather the perfect trifecta of skills to assist the Wealth Management Solution.
When she’s not creating processes for efficiency and organizing events, Heather does fundraising for JDRF and assists the Conestoga Elementary PTO.
Gardening, thrifting, hiking and beach vacations with her family – husband, Micah, two sons, Logan and Austin, and dog, Sadie fill her free time.
Todd’s 39 years of management experience provides valuable resources to his clients. He is versed in personal, commercial, and health insurances as well as wealth transfer, estate planning, business succession and retirement planning.
During his down time, Todd plays acoustic guitar and coaches youth sports. He is married to Ruth and live in Ashland with their cat, Little Man, and Airdale, Bear. Together they have two daughters and four grandchildren.
For over 30 years, Jeff has been providing risk management and insurance consulting services to middle market risks, including international accounts. His resourcefulness and hard work contribute to his success when finding solutions for his client’s challenges. Jeff also manages an affinity insurance program for ESOP companies.
Jeff is active with the Harrisburg Rotary, Board of Directors of the National Civil War Museum, Kids’ Chance of PA, and is a community advisor to Harrisburg Area Community College, Lancaster Campus. He likes reading, swimming, boating and international travel with his family. He is married with three children and three grandchildren. Jeff and family reside in New Cumberland.
Darlene partners with small businesses to implement employee benefits programs. Her extensive knowledge and experience in health benefits insurance brings value to her clients.
She is married and has one son and a cat. Darlene likes to read, vacation in the Caribbean, and volunteers for her son’s afterschool cross country team.

Wording regarding bonds can be intimidating. Renee helps clients break it down in ways that makes sense for them. From helping a family settling the estate of a lost loved with a probate bond, to helping a new contractor set up a surety bonding program, her attention to details is an important service to her clients.
Renee has many interests including reading, painting Kindness Rocks #LititzRocks, knitting for the Lancaster Wrap Up Project and being the captain for the Murray Race Against Racism team. She also builds fairy gardens with her two sons, Dylan and Westley. The family lives in Lititz.
Jennifer knows that issuing a bid, performance, payment or other type of surety bond means you have to be fast and accurate. She takes pride in the job she does knowing it helps her clients.
Donating to local fire companies and various animal groups is important to her. Jennifer’s family consists of husband Jerad, step-daughter Olivia, two Chihuahuas – Killer and Tinker Bell, and a black cat named Charlie. They all inhabit a few acres in Manchester (York) where the deer are well fed, too!
Keya takes the time to learn about her clients individually and in turn helps to educate them on their insurance needs. Her ability to listen and hear her client’s perspective is important in helping them understand their coverage.
In addition to volunteering for the Landisville PTO and Donegal High School, Keya likes learning about natural remedies and implementing them into her daily life. She enjoys any beach location, sun, sand, and surf. Together with boyfriend Brian, they are raising children, Tyler, Riley, Erin, Katie, and Shannon. The family lives in Mount Joy with their dog, Zeus.
Cathy brings over 14 years of underwriting experience and a total of 19 years of experience in various roles within the insurance industry. She understands the perspective of producers and carriers and understands the needs of her construction clients and can find mutually beneficial solutions.
She relaxes by stepping away to a day spa or enjoying a movie night with her family. Cathy and her husband Derek have a daughter Audrey who is a cheerleader for Manheim Township youth. They live in Lancaster with their two dogs, Jax and Loki.
Shellene is considerate of small business clients and their needs. By having a good listening ear and paying careful attention to detail, she helps them make the best coverage decisions.
As well as being active in her church, Shellene volunteers at the Hanover Community Shelter, serving meals in the Provide-A-Lunch program and filling children’s backpacks with food at Ruth’s Harvest. She also volunteers at a local retirement center, visiting with the residents and playing cards. Shellene and her husband Kirk live in Hanover with their two dogs.
Melanie works “with and for” her clients until all goals are met, and she has 30 years of experience and her CISR Elite designation driving her success.
She serves her community through participation on the Murray Relay for Life team and by collecting donations for hospice. Melanie likes to cook healthful food and make soap, lip balm, and body butter. She enjoys beach vacations with her family, husband, Bruce, and adult children Nick and Abbey.

Nikol has served on the Murray Relay for Life team and is past chair and co-chair of the Murray United Way campaign. She organized the Annual United Way Day of Caring for many years. She and her husband Ken are DIYers. If there is a household project – indoor or outdoor – they are on it! They love to plan a project, get their hands dirty, and sit back to see what they accomplish as a team. They live in East Lampeter Township and have a daughter Riley, a son Brody and a 15 pound cockapoo that is undeniably the king of the house and rules over their cat.
Russ uses education and coaching to help businesses and individuals reach their financial goals. It’s his fiduciary responsibility to help his clients navigate the financial landscape and make it easier for them to make informed decisions.
As a member of the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Lancaster, Russ Chairs the Spring Fundraising Committee. His wife Sherri and sons Grayson and Tanner like to vacation in Florida. They live in West Lampeter.

Christina likes to volunteer in her community. She is an animal lover who likes to hike and photograph nature. Christina enjoys time with family and friends. Born and raised in Mount Carmel, she is one of six siblings.
Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to Tina’s responsibilities in the Accounting Department. She handles payment to various companies we are in cooperation with each month.
Tina attends Grace Church at Willow Valley and volunteers in their Children’s Ministry. Swimming and crafting—especially scrapbooking, sewing, knitting, and cross stitching–are Tina’s favorite pastimes. She and her husband Dave have three children. They are empty nesters living in Willow Street with their Sheltie, Gizmo.

Beth is extreme in making sure details are in order! She plays the role of detective to make sure all incoming policies, audits, endorsements, and other documents are just right.
She organizes the fundraising walks for JDRF and the Wounded Warriors’ Project. Her pastimes include spending time with family – spouse Terry and daughters Shauna and Kacie – and vacationing at the beach or in the mountains. They live in Wrightsville with Chrunch and Camo, chocolate labs.
Tim’s area of expertise is construction insurance and bonding. Prior to joining Murray, he worked as a bond account executive for an insurance carrier so he is well versed in both sides of the house.
He is part of the select group of surety professionals to earn the prestigious designation of Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding and is a previous member of the Board for the Construction Financial Management Association of Central Pennsylvania.
Tim and his wife have two children and live in Mechanicsburg. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and getting involved in their various activities.
Therese is known for her honesty, integrity and strong work ethic. She is loyal to her employer, clients, and insurance carriers as she strives to make a difference providing proper insurance coverages.
She randomly volunteers when needed and enjoys walking, water, and wine – but not necessarily in that order. She is married to Joe and has two daughters and a great son-in-law. They look forward to time spent together on their annual family vacation.
Kim always gives 110% to provide prompt, courteous service to anyone with a surety bond need – whether it is one of her contractor clients who require bonds on a regular basis or a client who has infrequent bond requirements. She takes the time needed to understand the customer’s point of view so she can best meet their bond needs.
She is active as her Church Council Secretary and belongs to “Stitches of Love”, a knitting and crocheting group who make items for people in need – prayer shawls, afghans, hats, scarves, and sweaters. Kim and husband Bob live in East Earl with their cat.
Saving people from themselves and fixing things before anyone knows they’re broken is Amanda’s superpower! She has a keen problem-solving ability and a constant source of problems supplied by coworkers.
Amanda’s B.S. in secondary education is relevant because she is still teaching people every day!
Working with her team to help service client policies is the favorite part of Amy’s job. Her contribution is to ensure the details are correct on farm policy renewals.
Amy is involved with Victory church and likes wood burning, baking, and going to the mountains with her husband Jim. Her son attends Lancaster Bible College and her daughter attends Solanco High School. They live in New Providence.
Our first impression coordinator, Sandy, keeps the reception area at our corporate headquarters on Duke Street running smoothly. She is invaluable to the Agency because there is always has candy readily available at her desk for stressful days.
Sandy likes reading, swimming, and camping as well as mint chocolate chip ice cream bars. She has two sons, Kyle and Jared, and a grandson, Patrick.
Clarence, better known as “Coogie” to his commercial property and casualty clients, is also known for his dedication and problem solving abilities. Coogie’s years of insurance experience and professionalism are invaluable to clients and coworkers.
His favorite pastime is trips to the beach.
Caring about helping people is part of Kristin’s DNA. It’s important to her to solve customers’ problems by helping them with their insurance needs. Her prior experience in claims gives her a different perspective that rounds out the service team.
Kristin cares about her community, too. During the year she works with various charities and food banks in the Wyomissing area by collecting donations. Swimming and going to the beach with her family, husband Dave and daughter Kameryn are favorite past times.
It doesn’t take long when working with Anthony to see that he has a positive attitude and provides service with a smile. He is proof that insurance can be fun when you work with the right people!
Anthony likes kayaking, hiking, soccer, lacrosse, beach trips and being a member of Lancaster Young Professionals. He and girlfriend Lindsay live in Ephrata with their two cats Teddy and Zeus.
Lynn likes knowing that at the end of the day, her clients’ questions were answered and their issues resolved. Her strong dedication and ability to listen give her the skills to provide quality service to customers.
While relaxing, Lynn likes sangria and veggie pizza. Walking, the beach, and spending time with family and friends are her favorite pastimes. Family is spouse Al, daughter Shannon and son Chad.
Knowing how to juggle multiple deadlines is key to Sarah’s support of the workers’ compensation and professional liability adjusters. Additionally, she is recognized for being honest, hardworking, and detail oriented.
Sarah is involved with various church activities and likes to read, work out at the gym, and watch her nephew play ice hockey. Her favorite vacation is camping with her family. She has two kittens named Dexter and Max.
Prior to Joe working at Murray in bonds, he was an underwriter for contractors in the Baltimore and Washington, DC area. This gives him a unique perspective on his client’s needs. Joe actively supports the construction industry with memberships and involvement in Associated Builders and Contractors, Construction Financial Management Association, and American Subcontractors Association.
Out of the office, Joe supports the American Cancer Society, United Way of Central PA, Knights of Columbus, Out Door Country Club as well as other young professionals organizations. Joe lives in York with his wife, Amy, and their two children. In his free time, he enjoys golf, hunting, attending sporting events and cheering for Notre Dame Football.
Tara keeps things running smoothly in the Accounting Department by making sure all the Agency bills are paid. She’s always looking for new things to learn and is a hard worker.
In her spare time, she likes to paint and watch sports. Tara lives in Quarryville and has two children, Scott and Becca. Her family is rounded out with boyfriend Frank, dogs, Zeke and Bibby, and cat Oliver.
Tyler provides risk consultation and account servicing to members of our CARE captive program, CPP risk retention group, and the commercial healthcare clients outside of these programs. His perspective comes from his background in facility and event management, liability claims adjusting and the mitigation of risk in high-hazard environments. Tyler is detail oriented and service focused and has a genuine interest in the success of his client’s risk management programs.
He spent six years in the Army National Guard, achieving the rank of Sergeant. He coached lacrosse for Lampeter-Strasburg Youth Lacrosse and was involved with the United Way of Lancaster County and YWCA of Lancaster. Tyler likes to spend summers in Dewey Beach, DE and is a fan of Philadelphia sports. He lives in Lancaster City.
It’s Holly’s deep caring about each employee and their families that helps her to make sound financial decisions as the CFO of the Agency. With Murray since 1978, she understands the impact of the decisions that control Agency’s value. Holly is responsible for reporting the financials to employees in a way that they are confident in the results.
Holly serves on the Ann B. Barshinger Development Committee to raise funds for patient support and is Chair of the Lancaster City Alliance Executive Leadership Team for Neighborhoods. She is on the Board of the Lancaster General Health Foundation and serves on the Business Advisory Hub for the Lancaster Chamber. Holly also supports the Schreiber Pediatric Center in several roles, including membership on the Rubber Duckie Race Committee.
When she has free time, Holly enjoys being anywhere there is water and traveling with her husband Dave to national parks. They live along the Conestoga with their “son” Tux, a very fluffy cat.
Hong relies on her soft skills, determination, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. To streamline her accounting workload and reduce Agency expenses, she relies on collaboration, challenges, and autonomy, the three favorite attributes of her job.
She volunteers at the Schreiber Rubber Duckie Race craft tent hosted by Murray. Hong can be found spending time with her family, reading the news, and visiting former professors, teachers, and friends. She is married with two daughters and lives in West Hempfield Township.
Beth grew up on a dairy farm so she has a thorough understanding of the agricultural industry and is not a stranger to hard work. Working with dairy farmers to help them select the best coverages is the favorite part of her work.
She likes to cook and garden in her spare time. She lives in York County with her husband Jason, their two children and dog Shelby
Mike underwrites and rates new practices joining as well as those renewing in our CPP risk retention group. He uses his logical and analytical experience to provide proper rating of policies and documents in a timely way is invaluable to the program and its members.
Mike stays healthy by eating fresh, unprocessed food and enjoys vacationing in the Outer Banks. He lives in Lancaster with his wife, Anita.
Denise puts her 20 years of commercial insurance experience and excellent customer service skills to good use helping her clients.
She likes working out, walking, boating, and jet skiing on the Susquehanna River. Denise has been married to Patrick for 21 years and they live in Fawn Grove. They have a daughter, Ashley, and two dogs, Kegger and Dreamer.
Vinh is responsible for commissions received on business sold in the benefits division so producers are compensated on the accounts they manage. Having great coworkers and look at numbers rather than reading words make his job easy.
He can’t live without his six daily espresso shots from Starbucks and collects watches so he can see “time fly”. Vinh and his dog, Coco, live in Lancaster.

In her spare time, Elena likes to read, watch movies and babysit her grandson, Atlas. Her family includes husband Wilson, daughter Chazney (Atlas’s mom), son Eleazar and dog, Czia. She is stepmom to Blanki and her children Sarai, Nehmias, Melissa and her children Lillyana and Anthony.
Kim finds the various types of business in Pennsylvania to be amazing. Meeting and getting to know clients and what they do is how she helps businesses establish health benefits plans for groups under 50 employees.
She spends time with her family traveling and vacationing and enjoys watching C-dramas and K-dramas. Kim lives in Lancaster with her husband and two teenage daughters.

Bobbi uses those same traits to coach youth softball and cheerleading as well as volunteer in other youth sports. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching her daughters play sports. She and husband Kris have two daughters, Kennedy and Stella.

Debby and Dean have two adult children Austin and Heather. They adore granddaughter Parker, and also have two German Shorthair Pointers, Lady and Ollie.
A true “people person” and good listener, Gala uses her customer service skills and medical knowledge to help clients, providers and other staff with medical claims. Her caring manner when talking to someone who has suffered an injury helps put them at ease.
Gala active as an usher at her church and also assists with helping care for homeless and hungry people. She loves to ready, sing, and vacationing in the Appalachian Mountains in western Virginia. Gala lives in Ronks with her two children, Matt and Robin, and two cats, Miss Kitty and Mittens.
Jodi is part of the Agribusiness team. It’s her role to process endorsements, cancellations, renewals and update the Agency management system. She has a strong work ethic and cares about her work and that information is accurate.

Being a loyal and trustworthy business partner contributes to Tom’s success managing the underwriting, sales and customer service for CPP, the Agency’s medical malpractice program. Tom’s previous experience helps him bring a business perspective to the challenges independent physicians face.
He’s a member of Civitas Lancaster (formerly Sertoma) and likes to golf and visit the shore. Tom and wife Kathy live in Millersville with cat Ashley.
Any clients of the Commercial Solution have most likely benefited from Philip’s insurance expertise and skills. He supervises the commercial account managers and processing staff and is responsible for making sure any issues between the Commercial Service Solution and carriers and clients are resolved.
Philip volunteers in many community activities through giving his time as well as donations. He is on the Board of Dollars for Scholars and attends First Presbyterian Church. Formerly a resident of NYC, he likes to visit with friends there. He lives with Reagan (Bernadoodle) in Mount Joy.
Dustin is a big advocate for his clients on anything regarding claims and / or coverages. He prides himself on providing exceptional customer services and enjoys working with the awesome Murray claims team!

Krista is an active member of her PTO and likes taking on home improvement projects and shopping. She values spending time with family and friends. Krista and husband Mark, live in Schuylkill County with their son Collin and dog Coco.

Karla volunteers at Hope Rescue Mission in Berks County and provides support to the AA Program. She likes long walks on the beach, cooking, reading, and listening to RUSH. She lives in West Lawn with her son, Ricky and grand cat, Morty.
Growing up on a dairy farm gave Courtney the ability to relate to challenges facing farmers. Her favorite part of the job is meeting farmers across several states and learning about their businesses. Courtney makes it a priority to help clients to be properly insured so they remain sustainable if they experience a claim or loss.
Courtney volunteers with several organizations but the two nearest to her heart are Pennsylvania Farm Bureau and Young Ag Professionals. She enjoys being outdoors as she finds the quietness and peace calming. Courtney lives in Loganton with her boyfriend, Kyle. They own beef cows, pigs, and a mini-donkey, Rodeo.
Dale has a passion for insurance and helping people. This helps him ensure his clients are properly protected with the right coverage for the best price.
In his non-work time, Dale is a volunteer firefighter and likes listening to music and taking trips to the beach with his family. Melissa, his wife and their three teenage boys and daughter live in Ephrata with three cats and a dog.
Multi-tasking, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills are the trifecta for Deb to provide administrative support to the Agency’s Chairman, President, and CEO and Administration team. She draws from 30 years of executive level experience working behind the scene with Board of Directors, corporate travel, project management, meeting planning and editing. Deb has the keen ability to stay calm under pressure.
Born to missionary parents and raised in Japan, Deb has a passion for helping others—currently serving as Murray’s United Way Campaign Coordinator and volunteer for Gigi’s Playhouse, Night to Shine, and Winter Overnight Women’s Shelter. She loves vacationing in Aruba, reading, hosting Japanese dinners in her home, and watching Major League Soccer (her son, Zarek, is a professional soccer player). Deb lives in Lititz with her husband, Tyrone. They have four adult children, Zach, Julian, Zarek and Anya, and six grandchildren, Brayden, Landon, Stella, Raleigh, Levon, and Cameron.
Scott’s experience and honesty are invaluable assets as he works with both property and casualty and surety clients within the construction industry. He takes the time to get to know each of his clients so he can best meet their coverage needs.
Favorite hobbies for Scott are golf, saltwater sport fishing, and swimming. He is active at Saint Ignatius Church. Scott, wife Brenda, two daughters, Bethany and Morgan, live in Wyomissing with their cats Zelda and Baby.
Forty-two years of experience as a risk control consultant and a strong understanding of automatic sprinkler system design and system inspection, testing, and maintenance make Randy a valuable asset to his clients. He is also familiar with the National Fire Protection Association and Factory Mutual standards.
Randy is very active with Outreach at his church. He enjoys traveling and taking cruises. Randy and wife Rae live in East Hempfield Township with their rescued greyhound Bebe. They also have two daughters, Aimee and Kali.
Talking to clients and having great coworkers are Sharon’s favorite parts of her responsibility for the day-to-day transactions to service and maintain policies. She is known for being personable, even-tempered and friendly.
She loves to bake and give whatever she makes to neighbors, grandchildren, and coworkers. She lives in Ashland with her husband Earl. They have three daughters, a stepson, six granddaughters, two grandsons and a cat! Sharon and Earl like to spend time with the grandkids and relax at their camper.
Shawn keeps safety first and foremost as he maintains Murray’s property and grounds. He has vast “fix-it” knowledge and does things in a thoughtful and organized way. He is good at problem solving and his persistence pays off!
When not fixing and maintaining, Shawn enjoys cycling and volleyball. He is past vice president of Healey Sports and Touring Club, and his hobbies include British car restoration and home projects. Shawn and wife Tammi have a daughter Healey and a grandpuppy Cooper.
Tammi considers her job the best job in the Agency. She considers her “customers” as the most talented employees an organization could have and considers it crucial that each one is respected and understood as a piece of the Agency’s puzzle. Solving problems for individuals, departments and the entire organization is a challenge she very much enjoys.
She is a member of the Boards of Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center and Lancaster Society for Human Resource Management. Her healthy obsession is ice cream – because she likes fruit on top! She is an avid reader, preferably on a beach in Jamaica. Tammi is married to spouse Shawn. Healey, their daughter recently graduated from college. Tammi and Shawn live in Lancaster with Hosehead and Jasper, their pet rats. They also have a grand-dog, Cooper.
With years of experience in the insurance industry, Amy is known as a strong advocate for her clients. Because she believes in them, she works diligently and tirelessly to find the most comprehensive coverage at the best price.
Amy is the Chair of the Agency’s ESOP Awareness Committee and is active in various community programs. Amy’s husband, Mark, is a letter carrier for United States Postal Service. Her daughter is Director of Pennsylvania for the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay working to bring businesses and farmers together to support their conservation and environmental goals. Her son is attending medical school at University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Amy and her husband live in Willow Street and are serious Dallas Cowboy fans. They have two precious pups and a big fluffy kitty named Dallas.
Ingenuity, attention-to-detail, and reliability help Katie ensure the TPA claims system works as efficiently as possible for our workers’ compensation and liability adjusters. As supervisor to the claims administration unit, she oversees the team responsible for all of the day-to-day tasks that support our adjusting staff, from mail processing to maintaining compliance with state and federal reporting guidelines.
Katie loves cooking for a crowd and spends most of her free time cycling, reading, home-brewing craft beer, and enjoying the outdoors. Katie and husband, Zak, have a goofy Boxer named Gus and two trouble-making cats, Barley and Pliny.
Working well and efficiently under pressure is Sarah’s strength as an account analyst in Commercial Solutions. She is very detailed oriented and particular with strategy and correctness.
When not servicing customer accounts, Sarah volunteers with a local service dog organization, Phoenix Assistance Dogs. She helps with training and events and is working with her own dog, Mushu, a Labradoodle, for service work. Sarah has a passion for animals and loves to draw and craft. She lives in Lancaster with Mushu, GSD / Golden Retriever mix Rugby, cat Marbles, Ball Python, Kaa, and Bearded Dragon Ani.
Helping seniors 65+ to navigate their Medicare options and conducting employee seminars to help employers with Medicare insurance is Tony’s forte. He has the perfect personality for this role and enjoys meeting so many people!
Tony is active in the Murray “Relay for Life” team and likes to fish in his spare time. He has three daughters aged 23, 21, and 19.
“Marty” has over 30 years of experience in personal lines new business sales and strives to help clients improve their insurance and save money.
She is passionate about volleyball and “serves” as the Mountain View Chapel volleyball coordinator. Marty is also a Sunday school teacher at the Chapel and volunteers for Miller Keystone Blood Drive and Tyler’s Ride. She likes vacationing in the Outer Banks. Marty and spouse David have two adult children, James and Danah.
When it comes to helping independent medical practices, Nina uses her vast knowledge of the CPP risk retention program to provide them with stability, control and expertise.
Nina’s spare time is for Orange Theory (five times a week!) and volunteering for the LCC mentor program and the Humane League. She and her significant other, Bryan Stanley, love to vacation in St. John. They live in Lancaster with children, Harper and Tucker, and Golden Retrievers, Max and Lily.
Crystal creates digital platforms for Human Resource professionals and Employee Benefits coordinators to ease their burden of manual processes and paper forms. Her specialties range from onboarding and online enrollment to COBRA. She is known by her clients for her dedication and ability to ensure their needs are met.
In her spare time, Crystal is busy building her photography business and spending time with family. She is married to Luis and together they are raising five children and two dogs. Crystal is also a dedicated volunteer for programs her children are passionate about, from baseball and football to cheerleading and the arts. She currently serves as Youth Cheer Director and Head Coach for Warwick Youth Cheerleading. She is a childhood cancer survivor and strives to bring awareness to the cause, including being a member of the podcast “Mamas Against Cancer” and actively speaks at numerous Four Diamonds events.
As a loss control consultant in the insurance industry, Tim is adept at providing a good balance of prioritizing risk and severity for his clients. He makes sure they are making their workplace as safe as possible for their employees without being too pushy.
Tim is a volunteer coach for local basketball teams as well as his local high school football team. He’s most likely to be found going to the gym and either walking or running. Tim likes working out, landscaping, playing pickup basketball or football, and golfing. Tim and his wife Megan live in Newmanstown with their Boxador Zoey and Russian Blue Smudge.
Ryan provides leadership to the Health Benefits and Wealth Management Solutions teams.
In his position, Ryan is responsible for the oversight and management of the Benefits team which includes health benefits, human resource consulting, benefits administration and wealth management.
As a financial advisor and wealth coach for over 15 years, Ryan started Murray Wealth Management Solutions in 2003. The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Independent Registered Investment Advisory firm has over $125 million assets under management and continues to build.
He is a graduate of Shippensburg University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He is active in the Manheim Sertoma Club and heavily involved in the Central Pennsylvania Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) as a fundrasier and Board member. His annual Neff Invitational Golf Tournament, which he founded in 2003, has raised over $125,000 for JDRF and many other charitable organizations and causes.
Post-it notes are Wendy’s secret weapon to maintaining client relations by constantly following up on outstanding requests from both her customers and carriers. The favorite part of her job is working with the Construction Solutions team.
Wendy is married to a retired truck driver turned Uber driver. She has a daughter and granddaughter as well as a step-daughter, granddaughter, grandson and two amazing sons-in-law. She is currently seeking the perfect rescue pet!
Integrity, dependability, and a genuine heart for wanting to help others are how clients and coworkers define Andrew. She is active with the East End Fire Company. Patty is married to Jim and they have two kids – Jared and Chelsea and a Golden Retriever Cash and matching golden cat, Lennon.
Ensuring accuracy with her ability to easily see mistakes and errors, Rebecca provides her clients with excellent customer service.
She likes to take walks and visit favorite places that include Longwood Gardens, Hersheypark, Disney World and going to the movies. If she’s not in one of those places, you can always find Rebecca in a van down by the river.

Joe is also active in many local charities and enjoys comedy and sports. His spouse Jill and children Joey and Sal live in Kulpmont, PA.

Ryland likes to work out and try different places to eat. He teaches Jiu Jitsu and practices yoga and is a weight lifter. He lives in Lancaster City with girlfriend Brianna and three cats.
Over 30 years of experience in claims, risk control, and policyholder services in the property and casualty insurance industry, including 15 years with a national insurance company, equip Brian with the knowledge and skills needed to manage Murray’s Client Services division. His objective is to ensure each client gets excellent service and receives the maximum benefit of their property and casualty insurance program.
Outside of working for Murray, Brian has been a volunteer involved in coaching kids’ sports, helping at a local mission, and with various Multiple Sclerosis Society events. He is a past President of the Central PA Chapter CPCU Society and has served on its Board. Brian enjoys running, cycling, hiking, backpacking and visiting State and National Parks. His daughter, Emily, is a special education teacher, and his son, Sam, is an electrical engineer. Brian currently resides in Mechanicsburg.

Jill lives in Parkesburg with her husband, Roger, and three kids – Nick, Morgan, and Kelly – along with Gracie (dog) and Miss Kitty (cat). Jill also keeps busy as a volunteer with her kids’ softball and baseball activities. She also loves to spend time at the beach.
During Matt’s 30 years working in employee benefits, he has experienced and worked through the tremendous scope of change that has occurred and continues to occur in the healthcare and insurance industries. He uses this expertise to advise and support his clients. Matt’s ability to connect with people, both the company leaders and their employees, on a personal level enables him to turn the often times frustrating issue of healthcare in to an “ah ha” moment of understanding and acceptance. He loves being in front of a crowd telling stories and using his humor to make the complex world of benefits a bit more fun.
Matt is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of United Disabilities Services Foundation and an active member of the Pastoral Council of Saint Joseph’s Church, Downingtown. He enjoys hiking, trap and sporting clays shooting, being outdoors and visiting the Delaware beaches. He is married with two adult children and resides in Chester County.
Maureen partners with the Human Resources and Executive Teams of her clients to develop and manage their health and welfare benefits programs. She applies her 25 years of experience to include strategy, cost management, participant engagement and education.
She is active with St. Joseph Church. Maureen likes to read – especially at a beach – travel, and spend time with family. She is married with two children and resides in Chester County.
Getting to know clients on a personal level is important to Donna. She has 23 years of insurance experience and wants to make sure, in addition to the day-to-day service she provides, they are adequately covered.
Donna stays healthy by eating salad – breakfast, lunch, and dinner some days! She likes to bike and repurpose things while crafting. She and husband Steve visit historical sites and enjoy going to the beach.
Bernice values the relationships she develops while assisting companies with their insurance needs. She is a resource within the community who is willing to help people in any way possible by lending a helping hand. She lives, practices, and breathes the principles of honesty, integrity and honoring her word through her actions.
She is a Rotarian in the York Chapter and active in the Murray Relay for Life team. An avid runner, Bernice is a member of the York Road Runners Club and enjoys being outside with her son Bryson. She likes to cook, hunt, and watch the Eagles. The family lives in York with Mini Dachshund Ellie and English Springer Spaniel Rocky Balboa.
Rick’s role is providing leadership to the organization. For 40 years he has dedicated his career to Murray and the insurance industry. His open-door policy means every employee-owner’s voice is heard. He is supportive of the Agency and the staff as they grow, seeing the visible results of the support we give our clients and the community.
Cultivate Community is a core value of the Agency. Rick demonstrates its importance by actively participating on the Boards of the YMCA and the YMCA Foundation, Southern End Community Association, Lancaster Alliance, Lancaster County Conservancy and numerous insurance company advisory groups. His most favorite organization by far is the Slumbering Groundhog Lodge, and he plays an active role in the prognostications of Orphie every February 2nd.
Farming, hunting and spending time with family and friends are all favorite pastimes. Keeping connected to his roots is important to Rick. He lives and works on his farm in Quarryville, which has been in the family for generations.
Rick and Vanessa, his wife, have three daughters and a growing number of grandchildren – up to eight! Everyone likes to gather at the farm along with all their animal friends, including dogs, horses, and a pony.
Responsive, friendly, and efficient are just three of the qualities Aimee brings to her role providing quality service to her clients. She is organized and enjoys her work helping them with any issues.
She helps to coach her son’s soccer team and walks her dog every day. Aimee’s favorite vacation is going to the beach. Family is husband Doug, son Brooks, daughter Brynn, and Shih Tzu-mix Cooper.

Chris is a volunteer at Fulton Theatre. She is an area soloist who enjoys music and the arts, antiquing, reading, and the beach. She loves spending time with family and friends at her vacation home in the mountains and boating on the lake. Chris lives in Lancaster with her husband, John. They are blessed with three wonderful daughters, their husbands, and seven precious grandchildren.
Sheri is responsible for growth strategies, sales development, branding and marketing. It’s her ability to see the larger picture for her clients that sets her apart. When not developing and executing new strategies to identify and deliver on the insurance business needs of Murray’s clients, she is mentoring other members of the team.
She admits to being obsessed with Broadway Theatre and volunteers for local theatre groups and the American Heart Association. Sheri loves to cook, read, travel and walk with Hobie (Australian Labradoodle). She and husband Steve live in Lancaster but spend time visiting their children and grandchildren, in New York City, Lancaster, Pittsburgh, and Denver, CO.
As head of the Programs division, Steve is responsible for the teams of people who provide claims and risk control services to all of Murray’s clients and captive management services for the specialty programs. Steve’s experience includes risk management for Fortune 100 companies prior to joining Murray. This gives him real insight into the needs of our largest business clients and the financial background to manage their programs well.
While Steve enjoys working with all of Murray’s programs, managing the CARE captive for retirement communities he considers a special privilege. Murray helped them build the program into a successful captive that returns money to them to use toward their missions.
Currently Steve is President of the Board of St. Anne’s Retirement Community. He is the past Chair of Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development and recently rejoined their Board as a member.
Steve likes water – not drinking it, but being in, on, or around it! He spends time fishing, painting and taking day trips to explore new areas. Some of his favorite vacations include cruising BVI with friends and family and visiting wine country in various parts of the world.
Steve and wife Sheri live in Lancaster County with their dog Hobie. Visiting their five children and four grandchildren take them from Denver, CO to NYC, with stops in Pittsburgh and Lancaster along the way.
Cindy’s experience at the Agency has made her versatile and prepared to help clients and coworkers in every way. She keeps the Quarryville office running efficiently and also assists with personal insurance policies.
She is involved in her church. Cindy, husband Larry, and Lambeau (four-legged child) recently moved to Quarryville. They have three children, Teri, Jarrett, and Jenna, and the family also includes son-in-law Michael and grandchildren, Brooke and Mick.
Debbie provides prompt, accurate, and courteous service to her clients. She worked for a mechanical contractor so she understands the needs of her customers. Debbie always has a cherry disposition and positive attitude.
She likes to spend time with family and friends – fishing at Rock Hall, MD and shopping at St. Michaels. She and significant other, Ken, live in Lancaster with Lilly their cat.
Working with an amazing group of people throughout the organization is Brad’s favorite part of his role as controller. He uses his knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, Agency software and the ability to make tough decisions when necessary to carry out his everyday duties.
Brad is very involved in his community. He is Treasurer for VisionCorps as well as for Strasburg Willow Street Youth Baseball and Softball Association. He is also Softball Commissioner and head coach for LSYBSA. He is married to Heather. They have two daughters Emily and Sydney. The family lives in Lancaster with their three cats.
Erika is always willing to roll up her sleeves and help with anyone and anything. “That’s not in my job description” is not in her vocabulary. She has great attention to detail, extensive experience and good relationships with her clients. She is an integral member of the EPIC agency management system implementation team.
Volunteering with Friends of Music at McCaskey High School and Lancaster Daycare Center are ways Erika gives back to the community. She likes exercise of all kinds and loves to read – preferably at the beach. She and husband Pedro have two children, Lucas and Elena and a Bulldog, Evie.
Connecting and protecting the data entrusted to the Agency is Ommie’s goal. He is passionate about technology and how it can be used to better serve our clients. That exuberance spills over to his team as they work together to solve any challenges encountered.
Ommie is a Board member of La Academia Partnership Charter School. His hobby is taking things apart, fixing them, breaking them, and improving them. He spends time doing whatever his sons, Oliver and Finnegan, are into at the moment. He, wife Jodie, their sons, and dog, Beezus, live in Lampeter Strasburg.
Marian keeps busy managing and coordinating commercial lines for both new and renewal policies. She is skilled in underwriting and can analyze questions from policyholders, coworkers, and insurance companies. She is known for being a team player and caring about her clients.
Visiting nursing homes, walking and gardening are pastimes Marian enjoys. She has a son, Michael, and lives in Mechanicsburg.
Education, experience and customer service equip Jill with the tools to handle third-party administration of self-insured workers’ compensation claims and fully insured captive claims. She works hard to mitigate losses once they become claims to keep her clients’ loss history manageable, renewals easy and to help them obtain dividends from profitable loss years.
She stays fit through Bikram Yoga and active as a volunteer at her daughter’s school. Jill likes to take impulsive day trips to new places and traveling to Key West to see family. She has two children and two dogs and lives in Lampeter.
Sarah doesn’t look at things as “set backs” but rather as learning opportunities, and her clients appreciate the knowledge she has regarding the products and services she provides.
She enjoys running and is the first to sign up when there is a charity 5K race. Lifting weights, hiking, and cooking (she is a total foodie). Sarah, Chad (husband), Gavin and Stella (step-children), Fred (cat), Marvin (hamster), and Smokey (ball python) all live in Landisville.
Kim is able to keep things organized so production runs smoothly and bonds get issued in a timely fashion out of Murray’s Sterling, VA office. She is highly organized and able to prioritize to keep production time minimal. Kim enjoys the fast pace of the office and is always busy with clients and underwriters.
When not at the office, Kim volunteers at Women Giving Back. She likes making quinoa “concoctions” for lunch and is an avid reader and thrift store shopper. Kim also unwinds through the peacefulness of Kerr Lake, VA. She and partner Brian live in Sterling, VA with their cat name Luna, and hope to add a dog to their family in the future.
Leah assists clients with converting internal paper processes, such as benefits administration, payroll, HRIS, and onboarding, to more efficient digital processes. This includes configuring platforms, monitoring data and providing training.
Cooking, hosting dinner parties, and learning to pair food and wine are her favorite pastimes. She is a certified Zumba instructor and accomplished violinist. Leah loves to travel and is happiest near the water. Other favorite destinations are Italy and Sedona, AZ. She lives in Lancaster.
Thinking long-term and working to develop relationships helps Gene add value to organizations. Previously he worked as a safety coordinator so he understands the challenges, obstacles and roadblocks to creating and maintaining a safety culture.
Gene is a member of the Columbia Borough Fire Department and the Treasurer of Columbia Fireman’s Relief Association. He is the Assistant Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 35. Gene and wife Angela live in Columbia. They have a daughter and two sons.
Steffany has 13 years of experience in the insurance industry. She draws on her experience to assist customers with their personal insurance. She has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and is empathetic to her clients’ coverage needs.
When not helping clients, Steffany can be found volunteering for Zoe’s House, a dog rescue group in Sinking Spring. She is passionate about rescuing dogs and Daisy (Yorkshire Terrier) and Bowser (Schnauzer Yorkshire Terrier mix) along with her spouse complete her family.
Samantha’s concentration and problem solving abilities help assist employees stay compliant with licensing and insurance regulations. She is known for going out of her way to alleviate stress from someone’s day.
She is actively involved in Arch Street Center and supports their mission of helping adults living with mental illness in a judgement-free zone. Samantha likes to learn about different cultures by traveling and hosting foreign exchange students. She lives in Lancaster City with boyfriend Mike and cat Harper.
Excelling at mentoring coupled with 18 years of insurance industry experience give Brandon the ability to manage a diverse sales team. Working directly with Murray’s commercial clients has helped him gain a keen understanding of the risks they face along with the insights into developing comprehensive insurance and risk management solutions to protect them. Brandon makes difficult insurance concepts understandable and relatable to his clients, who trust him to safeguard their businesses.
Brandon actively serves his community and industry through work with the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, The Southern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce, York County Economic Alliance, MANTEC, and the Manufacturer’s Association. He lives in Landisville with his wife, Lori, their blended family of Marisa, Maya, and Addison and their Boxer, Daisy.
Creative is how most people would describe Kristine’s work throughout the Agency. She is also known for being positive and bringing her “can-do” attitude to every assignment. Kristine enjoys the variety of projects that come her way as well as getting to know each person she works with.
She serves on the Board of the Arthritis Foundation and is a volunteer for the American Cancer Society. She is obsessed with anything that gets her by the water to enjoy sunshine. Her husband, four kids – with school and sports activities – and her two cats make for busy times! The whole family cheers for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Chad helps his clients by managing their benefit renewals, making sure they are compliant with regulations, and helping to educate employees on their benefits. He is able to relate to and understand people from all walks of life. Be not being overly reactive to negative situations, Chad is good at assisting clients with challenges.
He frequents the gym infrequently and likes to golf and hike. Chad recently married his new spouse, Sarah, and he has a 15-year-old son, Gavin, and a 10-year-old daughter, Stella.
Sarah is dedicated to her work handling the day-to-day activities of her construction clients using her eye for detail to make sure everything is as it should be. She is known for her positive attitude and outgoing, friendly personality.
Since walking is her healthy obsession, it’s a natural fit that she participates in the annual Cystic Fibrosis and Multiple Sclerosis fundraising walks. Sarah likes to spend time with family, watch sports – especially the Philadelphia Eagles – read, and vacation on the beach. She and husband Ryan live in New Cumberland.
Nicole wants people to have success in their lives personally, professionally, and financially. She listens to what is important to her clients then supports them by helping to set their financial goals.
When not in the office, Nicole coaches soccer at her son’s school. She also likes to run, play soccer and use her Peloton. Another pastime of Nicole’s is to find fun, interesting recipes that are healthy but you would not know it! Nicole and her boyfriend live in Elizabethtown with two sons, Henrik and Grant, and two dogs, Kobe and Jiya.
Suzanne has years and years of experience helping clients with their claims, and the favorite part of her job is getting them good results! Her claim resolution knowledge helps her work out issues between clients and carriers.
Suzanne likes spending time at the beach, traveling and working in her flowerbeds. She has two adult sons and lives with Joe, her significant other in Harrisburg.
Lisa helps people protect their hard earned assets by discussing their needs with regards to their insurance. She reviews current policies for gaps or shortfalls in coverages as well as helps them save money by making sure they are getting the best coverages at the best price. Helping anyone with a project whenever she is needed is Lisa’s motto.
Lisa volunteers at The Last Dog Rescue, York County SPCA, York County Food Bank and Our Daily Bread. She loves swimming, people watching, and traveling – especially to Aruba. Lisa and her husband Roger have two sons and a daughter, three dogs, and a cat.
It doesn’t take long to know Gina is a people person and the favorite part of her job is interacting with her customers. She uses her knowledge of insurance to help them reach their coverage goals.
When not working with clients, Gina can be seen driving her 1964 Plymouth Barracuda. She and husband Ray and Boston Terrier, Tucker live in Strasburg. They have two daughters, Angie and Kelly.
Lisa leads a group of sales and service individuals who provide unmatched customer service while growing the Personal Lines Solution. She has 38 years of experience working in most facets of the insurance industry.
Travel is Lisa’s passion, but she also enjoys walking, biking, and reading. Her husband, Dennis, is a retired, 45-year veteran of insurance. They live in Lititz with Romeo and Asti, Coton de Tulear dogs.

Carrie likes making new things look old by refinishing furniture. She enjoys vacations at Surfside Beach, SC with her family: husband Scott; sons Michael and Tanner; and grandson Jackson. She and Scott live in Marietta with dogs Sam and Gracie.
Stacey manages multijurisdictional worker’s compensation claims for self-insured employers and clients with a captive program. She has years of experience and is good at multitasking and managing interpersonal communication for both good news and bad news. She feels rewarded when successfully assisting an injured worker through the recovery process.
She is active on the Relay for Life team of Perry County and attends Salem United Methodist Church. An avid equestrian, Stacey enjoys the outdoors and spends time boating and fishing. She is married to husband Jeff and they have three grown children, two grandchildren, two horses, and a dog.

She also likes reading, cooking, baking, and spending time with her family. She and her husband have two children and a dog that claimed her husband as his best friend.

Harold and wife Nancy have eight children, three dogs, and a rabbit. They are members of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Lancaster and like to vacation in Ocean City, Maryland.
As a results-driven team player, Lauren is good at working through difficult licensing and compliance issues. Under her watch, all associates and the Agency know she will use her problem solving skills to keep licensing and processes up to date.
Lauren supports the community by promoting local business and participating in holiday food drives. She is a fan of couponing and DIY projects, especially re-doing furniture. Lauren is a resident of Conestoga.
Common sense goes a long way when Carolyn answers questions about the Agency technology systems.
She likes to garden, read, and spend time with her grandkids. Carolyn and her husband Duane have three boys, six grandkids, and two dogs.
Knowledgeable and dedicated are two of Lily’s important attributes. Timeliness is another as she ensures billing is appropriately processed and paid within the state-mandated time frame. She also maintains excess policies and manages the claims management database.
She is married to Jose, and they have three adult children. Since becoming empty nesters, they enjoy walking their three dogs, Princess, Bella, and Ottis. This gives them the opportunity to connect with their neighbors and invite them over for dinner parties.
Kathy works with her clients to analyze current benefit programs and make recommendations based on each client’s objectives. She also develops relationships with insurance carriers to learn about their various benefit programs. She has years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to help her clients by explaining their options and making sure they understand their programs.
In her limited spare time, Kathy gardens, goes to the beach and various islands for vacation. Promoting preventative exams to family, friends, and clients is also one of her past times! She has a daughter and son-in-law, three grandchildren, and two rescued dogs – a Shi Zu and a Pomeranian.
Anyone who know Ronnie knows he values the relationships he builds with his farm and commercial clients.
In his spare time, he takes care of his dogs, Blaze and Brady, gardens, hunts, and enjoys being with family. He and wife Brenda live in the Northumberland area of PA.
Beth is an advocate for her clients working through a claim. Her focus is helping clients know what to do in the event of a claim and to manage the process for the best outcome. These skills make her the person you want walking through the process to resolution.
As an equestrian, Beth is equally adept as a teacher and trainer. Horses are her passion! Outside of work, her life is ruled by four-legged tyrants.
Kim treats all her clients with the respect they deserve and every client is important – no matter the type or the size of their business. Kim volunteers with her church’s “serve out” program and Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development. She likes flower gardening as a way to relax and relieve stress. Kim also finds antiquing with friends and finding that perfect gift or treasure a rewarding experience. She spends time at ball games and soccer matches watching her four grand boys and takes motorcycle rides with her husband Mike. They live outside Millersville with horse Misty, barn cat Lucy, and a pond full of fish and frogs.
Taisha has made a niche helping clients regarding wealth transfer, business succession and estate planning, and the importance of protecting their assets with property and casualty insurance. She cares about each client and their unique circumstances, and she cares about the company she represents.
In the community, Taisha is active as Vice President of the PTO and is a member of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians. She spends time practicing yoga, reading and traveling. She lives in Frackville with her husband Brian and daughters Teagan and Lillian and dogs Kya and Remi.
Insurance can be challenging, but it is Jessica’s mission to help clients with their insurance coverages so they can focus on running their business. She is here to help and will do whatever is needed to make sure the day-to-day insurance needs of her clients are met. Her years of experience in account management and claims services, has honed her technical abilities, and she pays attention to all the details. Jessica prides herself in her ability to provide quick responses and stay on top of the industry’s ever-changing ways.
When not helping clients, Jessica enjoys getting outside and taking care of her garden and flowers. She sings and plays the piano and is passionate about performing wherever she can and has performed with the cast of Les Miserables at the Fulton Theatre. Jessica lives in East Hempfield Township with her husband Rob, daughter Desiree, son Brayden and chocolate lab, Luna.
Staying up-to-date on new legislation and its impact on the benefits industry is important to Clarice so she can better assist clients. Clarice also prepares client marketing presentations and assists with any questions regarding benefits, legislation and claim or enrollment issues.
Clarice is active in the community working with Samaritan’s Purse and Brethren Disaster Ministries aiding those impacted by a natural disaster. She creates shoebox gifts for Operation Christmas Child that Samaritan’s Purse distributes around the world.
Taylor realizes no one wants to have a claim, but she makes sure the process go as smoothly as possible. She is a strong advocate for claims services on behalf of Murray’s insureds and has a willingness to help in any way beyond her job title.
When Taylor isn’t helping her clients, she spends time reading and enjoying beach vacations in Avalon, New Jersey. Taylor lives in Lancaster.
Forty years of experience coupled with commitment and passion help Pete coordinate a group of insurance professionals who provide effective services and broad coverages to an array of business industries. He demonstrates great respect for the trust clients place in Murray and likes to interact with them to learn about the challenges they face and to brainstorm effective solutions.
To stay in shape, Pete walks a lot with Manuel, his rescued Golden Retriever. He also is a member of Lancaster Liederkranz, Conestoga Country Club and Community Fellowship Church. Pete spends time in the mountains, traveling to Europe and values time spent with his family. Pete is married to Robin; they reside in Mount Joy. Together they have two children, Scott (spouse Emily) and Amy (spouse Alan) and two grandchildren, Blake and Marley.
Building new relationships and strengthening existing ones is where Scott excels. His competitive personality coupled with his extensive network and expertise of insurance is beneficial to his clients.
Scott attends reality church and serves on the Board of Directors of the American Subcontractors Association. He is an avid hunter and likes spending time with family at their cabin. He resides in Centerville, with Emily, his wife and Blake, his daughter.
Service, service, service – customer needs are always a top priority for Debby. She knows her clients’ requirements for both personal and business coverages. Her customers rely on her dedication and knowing their priorities.
Debby is active with the Halifax food bank and works to support the Cerebral Palsy Association in her area. She enjoys antiquing, gardening, and spending time with her six grandchildren. Debby is married and has a daughter. She and her husband live in Halifax on nine acres of mountain land.
Suzanne is adept at building and maintaining partnerships as she takes care of the ongoing management of her commercial clients. She loves a challenge that results in an accomplishment.
When not helping her clients, Suzanne is on the Zoning and Hearing Board for Mt. Holly Springs. She is also treasurer of the Amelia Givin Library. She and husband Steve train and judge dogs. They live in Mt. Holly springs with four large dogs and one brave cat.
Whenever there’s a technical problem, we know to contact the Help Desk. Matt knows that if we are contacting the Help Desk, it’s probably not because we are having a good day! He is adept at understanding the individual needs of his coworkers and how to best solve their issues, and he uses some moments to teach when possible. Since Matt enjoys figuring things out, and getting to that “ah-ha” moment when someone is empowered to do it themselves.
Outside the office, Matt enjoys fixing various machines, vehicles, home projects and anything electronic. He likes to watch Philadelphia sports – mainly Phillies, Eagles and Flyers – and the Lancaster Barnstormers. He also likes to go to the mountains to “disconnect” from technology for a while. He and wife Amy and their three kids live in Manor Township.
As an account manager for commercial lines in the Quarryville office, Maureen likes to interact and help her customers. She is adept at working by phone and forms bonds with clients easily.
When outside the office, Maureen likes reading, spending time with family, and taking their 1969 Camaro Z-28 to car shows. She is married to Jeff and they live with Bella their long-haired Dachshund in Quarryville.
If Beth doesn’t know the answer to a question, she does know where to get it. Clients value her resourcefulness in managing their day-to-day insurance needs. Beth pays attention to detail and reads all those policy forms so she has vast knowledge of insurance and stays familiar with her accounts.
Once a month, Beth volunteers at Trinity Lutheran Church’s breakfast fellowship where a hot meal is served to anyone who comes in. She also prepares income taxes for the United Way’s VITA program and is President of the Hempfield Girls’ Basketball Booster Club. Beth has visited 46 states, feet on the ground, done something in that state and not just driven through! She is married with two daughters that required two trips to China to bring them back when they were infants. The family lives in West Hempfield.
Experience, insight and the ability to see a situation from all sides are what makes Lisa an asset to claims management. She is skilled in communication and negotiations, and maintains a keen interest in mediation and resolution processes.
Lisa loves her local school community, serving as Board Director of Octorara School District. She is active in the Music Department at Octorara High School and regularly volunteers with instrumental and choral groups. Lisa likes to travel with her children and boyfriend, and they share her love of the arts and music, from classical and bluegrass to rock, pop and heavy metal. Lisa and her family reside in the beautiful Amish farmlands of western Chester County.
A Risk Manager in a previous position means Bill has first-hand knowledge of how to make sure his business clients have the right coverage for their organizations. Having held the responsibility of insurance buyer, he understands the need to meet budgets and achieve financial goals while supporting the mission of an organization. Bill focuses his practice on health and human services and is well versed in designing insurance plans for 501(c )3 nonprofit organizations.
Bill is Past President of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Risk and Insurance Management Society and the Pennsylvania Dutch Chapter of the CPCU Society. He currently serves on the Lancaster SHRM Governmental Affairs Committee. He volunteers for a variety of agencies that serve children and youth. He is the Board Chair of the Occupational Development Center and the Ephrata Recreation Center. Bill lives in Ephrata with his wife Wendy and three sons and two dogs, Doug the Pug and Martin, a rescued greyhound.
While attending George Mason University, Edin did an internship at an agency where he later started his career as a surety bond agent. Through his active participation in industry trade associations and continuous industry specific training and education, Edin has obtained a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the industry.
Edin is passionate about helping contractors that have great capabilities but low credit scores, limited financials or have otherwise struggled to obtain a bond they need to grow their business. His favorite part of his job is seeing his clients grow and hire more people to become a bigger and more successful construction company.
Edin actively volunteers and participates helping United Way and Loudoun Interfaith Relief, Inc. He likes to build and fix things around the house and lives in Ashburn, VA with his wife and baby girl Mia.
Michelle started as a receptionist and gained other experience throughout the Agency before landing in the Agribusiness group. She likes working with her team where she helps out in any way that is needed.
Reading, hiking, and running are favorite pastimes. She likes to participate in 5k races to raise money for local organizations. Michelle is happiest when on the beach. She lives in Denver, PA with daughters Devin and Cassie and Daisy (dog) and Avery (cat).
