ROLE

Responsible for managing the Human Resource Department.

Tammi considers her job the best job in the Agency. She considers her “customers” as the most talented employees an organization could have and considers it crucial that each one is respected and understood as a piece of the Agency’s puzzle. Solving problems for individuals, departments and the entire organization is a challenge she very much enjoys.

Tammi is a member of the Board of Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center and Lancaster Society for Human Resource Management where she is also Treasurer. Her healthy obsession is ice cream because she likes fruit on top! Tammi is an avid reader, preferably on a beach in Jamaica. She is married to Shawn and has a daughter Healey and grand-dog Cooper. Tammi and Shawn live in Lancaster with Jasper their pet rat.
