Tom Martone joined Murray Risk Management and Insurance as an Account Executive in 2004 and was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2010. He works with captives, risk retention groups and self-insured programs. Tom manages the Healthcare Solutions Group within the Program Services Division.

Prior to joining Murray, Tom worked in the manufacturing sector at Lancaster Malleable Castings Company where he served as Vice President, Human Resources & Safety and managed their self-insured workers’ compensation program.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety & Environmental Health from Millersville University. He has also earned the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation.

Tom is currently Chair of the Lancaster Chamber's Workers' Compensation Group. He also serves on the Chamber's Advocacy Council and is a member of Murray's United Way Committee.
