Tim Hoagland, AFSB, joined Murray Risk Management and Insurance in 1997 as a Branch Manager for the Construction Services Division. Prior to Murray, Tim worked for Travelers/Aetna Casualty and Surety Company in both their Pittsburgh and Harrisburg locations. He served in multiple positions, lastly as an Account Manager in the Construction Services market segment of the Bond Department.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska in 1988. He received the Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB)
designation and is pursuing the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

Tim is an Associate Member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and previously served on the Board of Directors and Membership Committee of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of CFMA. Tim is also an Associate Member of the Keystone Chapter Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), American Subcontractors Association of Central Pennsylvania, of the Pennsylvania Utility Contractors Association (PUCA), and the Lower Allen Baseball Association Board.
