Pete Wengrenovich has been working in the insurance industry for 30 years. He began his career with Murray Risk Management and Insurance in 1986 as Commercial Marketing Manager. He became Vice President in 1988 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 1999.

Pete earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg State University. He attended Liberty Mutual Commercial Underwriting and Loss Control School and is currently pursuing the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

Pete is a member of the Insurance Agents and Brokers of Pennsylvania and received the Lancaster Leadership Award from the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in 2000. In 2005 he served as Co-Chairman of the Annual Giving Campaign on behalf of the Susquehanna Association for the Blind and Vision Impaired.

He is currently a member and Past President of the American Business Club. Pete is also a member of several boards including the Hands-On House, Susquehanna Association for the Blind & Vision Impaired (SABVI), and The Lancaster Chapter of American Business Club. Pete has also served on a number of insurance company advisory councils and was active as an insurance program instructor at Harrisburg Area Community College.
