Nikol Hall joined Murray Risk Management and Insurance in 1989 as a Customer Service Agent. She was named Assistant Vice President in 2000 and promoted to her current position of Agency Personal Lines Sales Manager in 2003. Nikol began her insurance career at the age of fifteen working at the Frankfort Agency through high school and passed her insurance licensing exam on her 18th birthday.

Nikol earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.

Nikol served as an instructor for an insurance course at Harrisburg Area Community College’s adult education program. She has served on Murray’s United Way committee for many years and was successful in co-chairing the first campaign in 1993 that reached 100% employee participation. She has served on Murray’s ESOP committee and is active in many employee events and functions.
