Matt Pfeiffenberger joined Murray in 2006 as Vice President, Benefits and Communication Services. Matt brings a broad range of skills and experience to Murray having worked in the employee benefits industry for over twenty years. Most recently he served as National Director – Benefit Communications for Willis North America where he was responsible for leading the national benefits communication team, which provided employee communication services to Willis clients nationwide. Prior to his work with Willis, he served as Vice President – Communications for CGI Consulting Group, Inc., in Malvern, Pennsylvania. While there, he developed and lead a full-service employee benefits communications team which provided year-round communication services to CGI’s client-employers.

Matt’s primary focus is to help clients develop a long-term, strategic benefits plan initiative as well as creating effective and engaging employee education campaigns.
Matt is a noted speaker in the area of communications, group insurance, Consumer Driven Health Plans, Human Resources, strategic planning and employee benefits, as well as select topics. He has also spoken to numerous employee and Human Resource groups around the country during his extensive communications career. Matt earned a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from St. Charles Borromeo Seminary, Philadelphia.
