Joyce Dauch began with Murray Risk Management and Insurance in 1989 as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Account Executive in 2000. She became the Personal Lines Supervisor, Quarryville Office in 2005 and promoted to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager in 2007. Prior to Murray, she worked in Sales and Service for the Lomardo Agency and in Claims for Engle, Hambright, & Davies.

Joyce earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and the Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation.

Joyce has been active with the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and has been a member of both the Quarryville and Lancaster Committees and has served as Team Captain for the Relay for 14 years. She was previously a member of Insurance Women of Lancaster County.
