Today, benefit plans and medical insurance often seem complex and confusing. In addition, there are times when employees may need a little help finding the right answer or talking to the right people when they have a benefits question. Murray provides our clients’ employees access to our Employee Advocacy Services for those times when they may need a little assistance or need benefits information.

When employees call, they will speak with a live person – no need to push buttons on the phone or listen through a series of frustrating voice prompts. Each call is both personal and confidential and provides the caller with convenient access to a person who can help.  

Benefit Plan Advocacy Assistance

Information about the company’s benefit plan options at Open Enrollment and for new hires

  • Confirmation of the plan’s benefits eligibility rules
  • Answering questions about the company’s benefit plans’ schedule of benefits (plan deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance levels, out-of-pocket costs, and the like.)

Claims Advocacy Assistance

This special service provides personal assistance when an employee encounters a medical, prescription, dental, or vision claim that they are having trouble getting resolved. This private and confidential service assists employees with claim problems after they have filed a claim and after they have tried to reach a resolution through the insurance carrier’s normal customer service or claims process.
