	Construction and Surety Bonding Team Brian K. Owen, CPCU Assistant Vice President, Account Executive Brian began with Murray Risk Management and Insurance as a Claim Services Administrator in 2000. In 2004, he was promoted to Claims Manager and in 2005 was promoted to Assistant Vice President. In 2008, Brian transitioned from his claims management role to Account Executive. Prior to Murray, he worked for Nationwide Insurance Company where he held various claims managerial positions, lastly as a Casualty Claims Manager. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1984 and received the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1998. He is active with the Central Pennsylvania CPCU Chapter. He has taught insurance related courses at Harrisburg Area Community College, volunteers with the Special Olympics and was active with the West Shore Soccer Club and Red Land Little League Baseball. He is also Treasurer of the Red Land High School Swimming Boosters.
