Claims Administration

Murray’s Third Party Claims Administration (TPA) services reside within the Program Services Division of Murray Risk Management and Insurance. TPA services include Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability, Auto Physical Damage, Property, Specialty Liability Lines (Public Officials, Police Professional, and Employment Practices) and Medical Professional Liability. These services were developed from a process that manages events from “Day One – Minute One”, facilitates communication between all parties in a claim, and encourages learning from every event in an effort to prevent reoccurrence.

Murray’s Claims team provides Claims Administration Services for the following:

  • Individual self-insured programs
  • Captives
  • Risk retention groups
  • Claims administration within self-insured retention and deductible programs

 

 

 

 

 

Consulting / TPA Assessment

Murray Risk Management has the expertise in developing self-insured programs and providing third party administration services that ensure your program is functioning at an optimal level and realizing the maximum return on investment. 

With this service we will perform a concise, objective review of your current program to help you assess its effectiveness.  To start, we will come in at a time convenient for you and conduct a brief review of your current process.  We can provide, in advance, an overview of the information we would like to review so as to make the most efficient use of your time.  Subsequently, we will analyze the data gathered and provide you with a written report of our findings and any recommendations we may have for improvement.  Lastly, we will meet again briefly to discuss the implementation of the recommendations and how we can help you do so. 

 

TPA File Audit

With this service we will conduct file audits to assess appropriate claim practices.   The audit would include an analysis of the sample claims selected with feedback on strengths and improvement opportunity areas identified.
