Today, benefit plans and medical insurance often seem complex and confusing. In addition, there are times when employees may need a little help finding the right answer or talking to the right people when they have a benefits question.

Murray provides our clients’ employees access to our Employee Advocacy Services for those times when they may need a little assistance or need benefits information. When employees call, they will speak with a live person – no need to push buttons on the phone or listen through a series of frustrating voice prompts. Each call is both personal and confidential and provides the caller with convenient access to a person who can help.
