Nikol D. Hall, CIC, CISR

Nikol began with Murray Risk Management and Insurance in 1989 as a Customer Service Agent. She was named Assistant Vice President in 2000 and promoted to her current position of Agency Personal Lines Sales Manager in 2003. Nikol began her insurance career at the age of fifteen working at the Frankfort Agency through high school. Nikol earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. Nikol served as an instructor for an insurance course at Harrisburg Area Community College’s adult education program. She has served on Murray’s United Way committee for many years and was successful in co-chairing the first campaign in 1993 that reached 100% employee participation. She has served on Murray’s ESOP committee and is active in many employee events and functions.

Cathy E. Gardner, CIC, CPIW
Assistant Vice President,
Agency Personal Lines Service Manager
Cathy Gardner began with Murray Risk Management and Insurance in 1988 in the Accounting Department at the Lancaster headquarters. She then moved to the Personal Insurance Center where she served as Customer Service Representative and in 1998, became the Personal Lines Service Manager. She was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2001 and named Agency Personal Lines Service Manager in 2003. Cathy earned an Associate degree in Accounting from Altoona School of Commerce and the Property and Casualty License. She also received the Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW) designation and the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Cathy is active with the Junior Achievement and serves as Co-Chair for the Putt for Education Event and has served as a Committee Member on various committees and events. She is active with the Relay for Life and has served as Chair for the Murray Relay for Life Team. Cathy is also active with LL Science & Technology Alliance, Inc., where she visits area middle schools to educate students on careers in the insurance industry.

Joyce E. Dauch, CIC, CISR, CPIA, Assistant Vice President
Quarryville Branch Manager
Joyce Dauch began with Murray Risk Management and Insurance in 1989 as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Account Executive in 2000. She became the Personal Lines Supervisor, Quarryville Office in 2005 and promoted to Branch Manager in 2007. Prior to Murray, she worked in Sales and Service for the Lomardo Agency and in Claims for Engle, Hambright, & Davies. Joyce earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and the Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation. She has been active with the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and has been a member of both the Quarryville and Lancaster Committees and has served as Team Captain for the Relay for 14 years. She was previously a member of Insurance Women of Lancaster County.
