Claims Advocacy Assistance This special service provides personal assistance when an employee encounters a medical, prescription, dental, or vision claim that they are having trouble getting resolved. This private and confidential service assists employees with claim problems after they have filed a claim and after they have tried to reach a resolution through the insurance carrier’s normal customer service or claims process.
