	Construction and Surety Bonding Team Joseph E. Ritchey Account Executive Joe Ritchey has been working in the Insurance Industry for over 25 years. He began with Murray Risk Management and Insurance in 2001 as an Account Executive for the Construction Services Division. Prior to Murray, Joe served in various sales and managerial positions with several large insurance companies, lastly as Vice President for Aon Risk Services of Pennsylvania, Inc. Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. He is an active member with the Associated Builders Association (ABC), American Subcontractor Association (ASA), and the Public Utility Contractor Association (PUCA). He is a Past Board Member of Community Association Institute (CAI) and Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA). He is active with United Way and previously won the award for Loan Executive of the Year. He is Past Board Member of several other community and civic organizations.
