David R. Bradbury, Sr. Vice President
Dave began his career with Murray as Vice President and Bond Manager in 1991, and was promoted to his current position as Senior Vice President, Construction Services Division in 1996. Dave has extensive surety experience having worked in the surety bond industry for 28 years. Previously, he managed bond department operations for Atena/Travelers in Los Angeles, and for The Hartford in Philadelphia.
Dave earned an Associate degree in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Kutztown University. He is currently working on his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
He has served on the Board of Directors for Associated Pennsylvania Contractors (APC) and as Vice Chairman of the ABC Liaison Committee of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP). Dave currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). He was a Co-Founder of this Chapter in 1993, and in 1995, won the National CFMA President’s Award for Chapter Development.
Anthony M. Macinanti, AFSB, Vice President
Surety Bond Manager
Tony Macinanti began his career with Murray in 1995 as an Account Executive in the Bond Department of Murray’s Construction Services Division. Tony was promoted to Bond Manager of the Lancaster Bond Department in 1998 and is currently Vice President of Agency Bond Operations, where he manages agency/company relationships. Prior to joining Murray, Tony worked as a Bond Consultant for Aetna Life & Casualty in Bond Operations for both the Boston and Philadelphia branch offices. Prior to becoming involved in the Surety Industry, Tony worked as an Underwriting/Marketing representative and an Actuarial Analyst for two other regional insurance companies.
Tony earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Boston College and earned the Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB) Designation. At Aetna Life & Casualty, Tony taught the Practical Selling Skills program for all new bond trainees at the National Bond School in Hartford, CT. Tony has completed four four of ten parts for his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
Tony is an active member of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP) Region 10 and the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Keystone Chapter. For the last two years he has held the position of Chairman of the Legal Rights Committee at ABC. Tony has authored articles and conducted presentations on Surety and Fidelity matters for industry associations and for clients. Tony is also a member of other construction groups including Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) Local Chapter, American Subcontractors Association (ASA) Harrisburg, and Associated Pennsylvania Constructors (APC) Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Timothy C. Hoagland, AFSB, Vice President
Tim began his career with Murray Risk Management and Insurance in 1997 as a Branch Manager for the Construction Services Division. Prior to Murray, Tim worked for Travelers/Aetna Casualty and Surety Company in both their Pittsburgh and Harrisburg locations. He served in multiple positions, lastly as an Account Manager in the Construction Services market segment of the Bond Department.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska in 1988. He received the Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB)
designation and is pursuing the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
Tim is an Associate Member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and previously served on the Board of Directors and Membership Committee of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of CFMA. Tim is also an Associate Member of the [Keystone Chapter] Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), American Subcontractors Association of Central Pennsylvania, of the Pennsylvania Utility Contractors Association (PUCA), and the Lower Allen Baseball Association Board.
David M. Dvorchak, Vice President
Construction Services Sales Manager
Dave Dvorchak began with Murray Risk Management and Insurance in 1992 as an Account Executive in the Lancaster office. Prior to Murray, he worked in sales at DA Fehr, Inc., in Albany, NY.
Dave earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications and a minor in Business from Penn State University. He is an Executive Board Member of Keystone Chapter, Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and testified before the Pennsylvania House Labor Relations Board on behalf of the Independent Agents and Brokers (IA&B) about the workers’ compensation treatment of independent contractors. He is also active with the Lancaster Rotary Club, the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and is Past Chair of the Lancaster Chamber golf outing and picnic.
R. Scott Miller, CPCU, Vice President
R. Scott Miller began with Murray Risk Management and Insurance in 2007 as Vice President Construction Services Division. Prior to Murray, Scott served as Assistant Vice President, Senior Account Executive with a large regional broker. His specialties lie in insurance and bonding for the construction industry.
Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ryder University. He attained the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and has completed several continuing education courses relative to the insurance industry. Scott has received several top sales awards and maintains active memberships with several Trade Associations including ABC, CFMA, and NASBP. He has won several golf titles locally for individual and team events.
Douglas Dvorchak, Assistant Vice President
Account Executive
Since 1994, Doug has been working with Murray Risk Management and Insurance as well as Pennsylvania Risk and Insurance Services. He began as a Risk Control Consultant and was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2002. In 2003, he became an Account Executive in the Construction Services Division.
Previously, Doug worked with CNA Insurance Company in Syracuse, NY as a Commercial Property/Casualty Underwriter. Doug earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from The Pennsylvania State University. He received the Pennsylvania Property/Casualty License and the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.
Doug has served on the National Safety Committee of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). He has also served as the Chairman of ABC’s Keystone Chapter Safety Committee and continues to serve as a member of this committee. He is a member of the Governors’ Occupational Safety and Health Conference Advisory Committee and serves as the Sponsorship Chairman.
Joseph E. Ritchey, Account Executive
Joe Ritchey has been working in the Insurance Industry for over 25 years. He began with Murray Risk Management and Insurance in 2001 as an Account Executive for the Construction Services Division. Prior to Murray, Joe served in various sales and managerial positions with several large insurance companies, lastly as Vice President for Aon Risk Services of Pennsylvania, Inc.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. He is an active member with the Associated Builders Association (ABC), American Subcontractor Association (ASA), and the Public Utility Contractor Association (PUCA). He is a Past Board Member of Community Association Institute (CAI) and Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA). He is active with United Way and previously won the award for Loan Executive of the Year. He is Past Board Member of several other community and civic organizations.
Brent D. Headly, Bond Account Executive
Brenty Headley began with Murray Risk Management and Insurance in 2003 as a Bond Account Executive for the Construction Services Division. Prior to Murray, he worked as a Surety Bond Representative for Byerly Insurance Agents and Brokers, Inc. and as an Underwriter for Ohio Casualty Insurance Company.
Brent earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from West Virginia Univrsity. Brent has been highly involved with several outreach programs and served as Past Treasurer of Progress Emmanuel Presbyterian Church.
Lydia A. Mantle , CISR, Bond Account Executive
Lydia Mantle began with Murray in 2003 as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Bond Account Executive for the Construction Services Division in 2004. Prior to Murray, she worked as a Surety Bond Representative for Byerly Insurance Agents and Brokers, Inc. Previously, she was owner and operator of Reliable Typing Service, a
Word Processing company.
Lydia earned an Associate in Business degree in Business Administration from Harrisburg Area Community College. She became a Pennsylvania licensed agent for Property and Casualty lines of insurance and earned the Certified Insurance Service
Representative (CISR) designation. She is a member of the Diversity Committee of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Keystone Chapter and a Chapter Member of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP) Region 10. She is also an Associate Member of the American Subcontractors Association (ASA) of Central
Pennsylvania, Associated Pennsylvania Constructors (APC), Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and the Construction Financial
