Jeffrey S. Gelburd, CPCU, ARM
Vice President
Jeff joined Murray Risk Management and Insurance in 2007 as Vice President,. Prior to Murray, Jeff served as Client Executive on several middle market and risk management commercial accounts for the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office of Marsh USA. Prior to Marsh, he was the Business Development Director for the Harrisburg office of Sedgwick of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Sedgwick, Jeff was Risk Manager for DENTSPLY International, where he administered the global insurance program there as well as having responsibility for portions of the United States employee benefit and retirement plans.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from York College of Pennsylvania and has attained the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter and Associate in Risk Management designations. Jeff has developed two national affinity insurance programs that have been endorsed by the American Society of Appraisers and The ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Association. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Murray, an ESOP organization itself as well as to its ESOP clients. Some of his areas of expertise include: high retention/self insurance programs, alternative risk programs including wholly owned captives, foreign property/ casualty insurance, telecommunications industry, manufacturing, aviation, executive liability, and product liability.

Jeff has spoken at various national conferences and is one of the original founding officers of the Pennsylvania Chapter of The ESOP Association. He currently serves as President of Kids’ Chance of Pennsylvania, Inc. and on the Advisory Committee for the
Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania.

Joseph Decembrino, Vice President,
Account Executive
Joe rejoined Murray Risk Management and Insurance in 2006 as Assistant Vice President, Account Executive and was recently promoted to Vice President. Prior to Murray, he served as Senior Vice President for Gunn-Mowery, LLC, and as Vice President and as Production/Account Executive for Marsh/ Sedgwick. From 2000-2004 he was Assistant Vice President, Account Executive for Murray. Decembrino attended Harrisburg Area Community College and Holy Family College and is currently pursuing his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. He serves as Treasurer of the Lower Dauphin Ice Hockey Club and as Director of the Capital Area Independent Agents Association.
