Tom joined Murray Risk Management and Insurance as an Account Executive in 2004. Prior to joining Murray, Tom worked in the manufacturing sector at Lancaster Malleable Castings Company where he served as Vice President, Human Resources & Safety and managed their self-insured workers compensation program. He continues to serve on their Board of Directors.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety & Environmental Health from Millersville University. He obtained the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation.

Tom currently is Co-Chair of the Lancaster Chamber’s
Workers’ Compensation Group. He also serves on the Chamber’s Advocacy Council. He is an active member of the Lancaster Sunrise Rotary and is a member of Murray’s United Way Committee.
