Norman J. Lutz, CPCU
Vice President, Physician Services Manager
Norm began his career with Murray Risk Management and Insurance in 2001 as a Medical Services Manager. In 2003 he was promoted to Account Executive, with a primary responsibility for the program growth of the medical professional liability programs administered by and offered exclusively through Murray.

Norm was promoted to Manager, Physician Services in 2006 and Assistant Vice President in 2007. In 2008, Norm was promoted to Vice President and heads Murray’s Healthcare Services Group.

Prior to his work in the insurance industry, Norm was a staff paramedic at Lancaster General Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital. He served as Director of the Mobile Intensive Care Unit at St. Joseph Hospital. He completed his career at St. Joseph as a sales and marketing representative for the hospital’s occupational medicine department.

Norm also served as Executive Director of Strasburg Community Ambulance Association. Norm has lectured extensively throughout his career on topics of interest in Emergency Medical Services, Workers’ Compensation and Professional Liability Insurance, Drug and Alcohol Abuse, and Childhood Injury Prevention.

Norm is the Past President of the Sertoma Club of Lancaster and previously served on the board of directors of Lancaster Emergency Medical Services Association.
